Are you a seasoned Full Stack Developer looking to make an impact in a dynamic and innovative environment? We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who excels in both front-end and back-end development to join our team and drive the creation of high-quality web applications.
Responsibilities

• Transform functional specifications into detailed technical designs and oversee the development of both frontend and backend components.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Implement robust, scalable solutions and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and enhance application performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain thorough documentation and offer timely support for customer inquiries.
• Manage development tasks for small to medium-sized projects and contribute to larger initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies, recommending tools to enhance efficiency.
• Champion Agile practices and lead proofs-of-concept to validate new approaches.

Skills

• Extensive experience with React, TypeScript, and associated front-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in backend development with SpringBoot, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of scalable application architectures and cloud-native development.
• Proficient in version control systems like Git and managing code repositories.
• Experience with writing unit and integration tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of application security and secure coding practices.
• Strong experience with Agile development practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other modern development tools.
• Advanced certifications or specializations in React, cloud computing, or full-stack development.
