This job is a member of the Global Sales Data Management and Reporting Team within the Customer Intelligence Division.
Responsible for liaising with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes.
What you'll do:
Liaise with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes.
Oversee configuration and customization process in CRM for the Business Unit.
Seek approval on solution options presented by the technical team and other stakeholders for CRM.
Liaise with Stakeholders and/or Strategic Planner to ensure proper delivery of requirements and documentation is maintained.
Provide guidance and assistance to the Sales Automation team and identify and analyze solutions associated with day-to-day updates, issues, and activities.
Lead multiple data integrity projects for the team to maintain accurate data.
Liaise with internal customers by independently and directly working with different partners as the point of contact.
Work directly with IT to communicate the Business Unit integration needs, such as IBM Watson, contracting, Power BI, data warehouse, and Portals.
Experience with Sabre queries, along with experience on the Siebel platform, will be a plus.
7 years' experience in analyzing system and business processes, improving customer satisfaction, reducing cost, increasing revenue, and driving organizational change through the integration of people, process, and technology.
Experience with project and technical defect tracking tools such as Rally.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
Ability to establish and handle multiple priorities, and to take ownership of the role by exercising good judgment and making decisions with limited supervision.
Ability to demonstrate expertise in any CRM platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Access, and SQL.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and customization with certification.
