Job Description:


As a Software Engineering Consultant, you will:

• Provide expert consultation on complex initiatives with significant impact and extensive planning for Software Engineering.


• Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Software Engineering challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.


• Contribute to resolving complex and multifaceted situations, leveraging a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.


• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Technical Skills:

• Seasoned hands-on developer with expertise in web development, Microservices, Spring framework, Spring Boot, Postman, Java 17, and MongoDB.


• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools, including Gradle and Jenkins.


• Strong communication and documentation skills.


• Team player with the ability to work early and late hours as needed to collaborate with offshore teams.


• Cloud experience is a plus.
