Resource Forecasting & Portfolio Management

Manage functional resource forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Support functional leads in conducting resource demand vs. supply analysis to anticipate workforce needs.

Assist in scenario modeling to evaluate the impact of portfolio shifts on resource allocations.

Operational Efficiency & System Management

Oversee data accuracy within resource planning tools (e.g., Planisware or other relevant software).

Collaborate with Finance and Portfolio teams to ensure resource planning aligns with budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards to provide real-time resource insights..



Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:



Experience in R&D, portfolio planning, or clinical development.

Proficiency in resource management software (Planisware preferred) and/or advanced Excel/Tableau skills.
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to interpret complex data into business insights.
