The Corporate Senior Human Resources and Administrative Manager is a high-impact, dual-role leader responsible for strategic HRBP partnership and centralized administrative oversight. This individual supports the Corporate Headquarters and select divisions, providing HR Business Partner support to IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and limited support to the Genie Division TREQ Center and Contact Center.
In addition, this role serves as the primary communications leader for Corporate HR and the Lewisville location, acting as a central hub for messaging and organizational updates. The role also leads benefits and onboarding coordination, ensuring a seamless new hire experience.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and operations; comfortable influencing senior leaders while owning day-to-day responsibilities like facilities oversight, HR vendor coordination, and administrative services.Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources and administrative management.
Must have experience with human resources and administration functions associated with an organization with multiple office sites.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
Other Qualifications and/or Certifications
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Computer-skilled, with advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Database applications, and Human Resource Information Systems software.

What your day will look like:
Human Resources Management:
Plan, develop, and implement strategies for Human Resources Management and development, position announcements, recruitments and screening, orientation, discipline, grievance review, counseling, salary and conditions surveys and analysis, employee agreements, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals, and quality management.
Directs and oversees all administration-related activities, including physical building security, preventative and corrective maintenance, mail room, office supplies, and transportation.
Collaborate with Corporate Director HR in talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Act as Corporate HR's communication lead, developing and delivering internal communications, change announcements, newsletters, and key HR updates.
Prepare updates to the employee handbook, policies, procedures, practices, and human resources and related forms.
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for monitoring and measuring necessary aspects of human resources issues, opportunities, and development.
Coordinate with other functional/department managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of human resources development, and to ensure they are fully informed of human resources objectives, purposes, and achievements.
Maintain personnel databases; employee record keeping, data security and integrity, and personnel information reporting.
Facilitate/Coordinate/Monitor training and development activities to include: in-house training sessions, shareholder newsletter/announcements, strategic planning sessions, specialized outsourced training consultants, calendar of events; maintain trade associations and affiliations, memberships, and events databases.
Assists in the continuous development and implementation of a new hire orientation program that clearly defines the Company's vision, mission, and core values as well as outlines business ethics.
Assists in the administration of employee services activities, such as physical fitness and wellness programs, alcohol and substance abuse programs, employee communications, sports activities, and social activities. Provides direction and support to HR field members on administering and communicating the programs.
Assists in the administration of the Affirmative Action Plans for the Company, and that the plans are in compliance with the OFCCP guidelines. Develop and implement EEO and VETS 100 reporting standards and ensure that the Company is in compliance. Serve as corporate liaison with all divisions to maintain compliance.
Administrative Management
Supervise administrative staff, including determining workloads and schedules, evaluating staff performance, providing training, and making hiring, promotions, and disciplinary recommendations to company management.
Provides support to the HR Department in a variety of capacities, including mail handling, supplies control, invoice/expense reporting, organizing and maintaining file systems by filing correspondence and all types of records, including confidential records.
Evaluates situations, including those of a sensitive nature or confidential nature, to set priorities, take action, and/or refer to appropriate personnel for resolution.
Ensure that all work is completed on a priority basis; work meets a high degree of professionalism, quality, and craftsmanship.
Conduct human resources/administrative staff meetings and conferences with senior management and administrative staff to discuss operating problems, organization, budgetary matters, personnel matters, technical problems, and the status of programs and projects.
Contribute innovation to the creation of company policies and procedures that facilitate best practice management applications; generate suggestions for improving organizational work structure and work processes.
Support department budgeting, invoice tracking, and expense controls.
Coordinate documentation management and records retention programs onsite and offsite.
Direct oversight of a third-party vendor supplying labor and equipment for photocopying, facsimiles, intra-office mail deliveries, and various other support services; purchasing supplies and materials within an approved budget.
