We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and drive the success of new projects and programs. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work two days a week in the office while making a significant impact in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor project managers, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Align project objectives with the organization's strategic direction and priorities.
Direct cross-functional teams to achieve project goals in a matrixed organizational structure.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success.
Utilize both Waterfall and Agile frameworks to manage projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
Analyze feedback and data to develop project-level strategies and improve processes.
Skills
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or continuous improvement.
Proven track record of managing large, complex initiatives with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal direction.
Preferred Skills
Master's degree in business or a related field.
Experience in team leadership and mentoring for success.
Background in the healthcare industry.
