Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and drive the success of new projects and programs. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work two days a week in the office while making a significant impact in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project managers, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Align project objectives with the organization's strategic direction and priorities.
• Direct cross-functional teams to achieve project goals in a matrixed organizational structure.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Utilize both Waterfall and Agile frameworks to manage projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
• Analyze feedback and data to develop project-level strategies and improve processes.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex initiatives with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal direction.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in business or a related field.
• Experience in team leadership and mentoring for success.
• Background in the healthcare industry.
