Flexible Assembler II - Kingsbury Full-time/Part-time EMC-R54/64/61-2
To accurately and expediently assemble subassembly level and/or finished products according to instructions provided by the Line Leader in the form of verbal, written, and/or diagram.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive shift assignments or regular duties via instruction from Line Leader.
Accurately performs assembly of subassemblies and products in a safe and expeditious manner..
Communicate production problems, within the scope of their assignments that would either affect the timely delivery or the expected quality of their work, to the Line Leader.
Use a variety of power and hand tools such as screw/torque drivers, epoxy/glue dispensers, light bench-top machine operations, programming and calibration equipment to facilitate assembly/test.
Demonstrate ability to correctly assemble, test and contribute in one or two product areas involving moderate operations.
Maintain an effective dialogue with all employees to foster good employee morale.
Organize work areas before, during and after assignments. Is responsible for general housekeeping and organization of workstations.
Obtain solder certification
