  Williams Form Engineering has been a leader in manufacturing quality products for the Construction and Fastener Industries for over 80 years. Our construction products are divided into three main categories: Concrete Forming Hardware and Accessories; Rock and Concrete Anchor Bolts; and Post Tensioning Systems. Williams Form Engineering is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA, as an Inside Technical Sales Engineer / Applications Engineer Specialist. This position supports our outside sales representatives by managing customer communications, processing quotes and orders, and maintaining records. Additionally, the role involves providing technical support to our engineering team and clients. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond to telephone and email inquiries for price quotations, order placements, and modifications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent customer service.
• Provide technical product support and guidance to clients.
• Assist in the technical aspects of complex projects, including reviewing project plans and performing quantity takeoffs.
• Evaluate and review submittals, test data, and reports to ensure compliance with functional and performance specifications.
• Conduct product design calculations and offer engineering support in the field.
• Collaborate with clients and engineers to resolve technical challenges.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or in progress).
• Minimum of one year of experience in Inside Sales, Project Management, or a related Construction field.
• Familiarity with soil nail, micropile, and ground anchor design and installation techniques is preferred. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong typing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Industry experience or product knowledge is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
