Position Overview
The IT Service Delivery Intern will join the IT Service Delivery Team, which provides second-level IT support for SubCom's Newington, NH employees. The team also delivers remote support for employees based in the Eatontown, NJ, and Baltimore, MD offices, as well as U.S.-based remote employees.
The intern will report to Chuck Dziura, Sr. Manager of IT Service Delivery.
Responsibilities
The primary objectives for this position include:
Supporting ongoing Service Delivery projects, including the Windows 11 Upgrade and Computer Replacement initiatives.
Resolving end-user requests and incidents entered into the IT ticketing system.
Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Through this role, the intern will gain hands-on experience in IT end-user support, using industry-standard applications, tools, and best practices. This position provides a valuable opportunity to develop technical skills and build a strong foundation in IT service delivery operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users at all technical levels.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Some prior experience in IT support or technical assistance (coursework, internships, or volunteer work is acceptable).
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
