We are excited to welcome a Machine Operator to our team!

1st Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00a to 4:30p and Fridays 6:00a to 2:30p

Machine Operator Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hr and up, based on experience

• Safety & Team Coordination:

  • Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
• Machine Operations:
  
  
  • Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
  • Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
  • Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
• Training & Cross-Training:
  
  
  • Participate in regular training sessions
  • Crosstrain others to enhance team capabilities

Essential Experiences:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
• Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you're assigned
• Must be able to safely drive a forklift
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
