Pay: starting at $38/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents during the PM shift.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.


• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


• Assist with care plans and communicate with family members as needed.


• Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols.

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA.
