Job Description:

Our client, a prominent non-profit organization is seeking an organized and analytical Contract Benefits Manager to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience administering and overseeing all aspects of employee benefits, working with vendors to deliver a seamless administration of benefits, and organizing quarterly benefits committee meetings. • Bachelor's degree required.


• 4+ years of related benefits experience.


• Familiar with Paycom, Cigna and Principal is preferred.


• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

The hourly rate for this position is $45-$48/hr.


Compensation commensurate with experience.
