Real estate investment, development and technology company based in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant/Estate Manager to support the ultra-high net worth CEO and family office. This role will require 5 days/week on-site from 9:30-6:30pm with availability to be on email/phone after hours and on weekends. This person needs to be an extension of the CEO's image and handle everything from contract negotiations, vendor scheduling and upkeep, research and more.
Responsibilities:
Provide seamless managerial, administrative, and personal support to CEO and HNW family
Manage five residences: open the houses, supervise HVAC, landscaping, repairs work, and liaise with staff
Coordinate logistics regarding Wi-Fi/cable, furniture, and a large renovation
Assist with bill paying, wire transfers, credit cards, medical bills, and managing invoices
Act as an extension of Executive: manage heavy calendars and schedules, answer/draft/edit correspondence, assist with marketing/research and philanthropic duties
Book travel arrangements and restaurant reservations for CEO and wife/family upon request
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
7-15+ years' experience in a position with a transferable skillset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong math/accounting prowess
Strong writing skills inclusive of excellent grammar, punctuation, and high attention to detail
Intelligent, proactive, and outgoing personality with impressive organizational skills
Diligent professional capable of leveraging good judgement to follow through on project initiatives
