Job Description:

Location: Onsite in Bloomington, MN
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch, 7-hour paid workday)
Pay: $22-23/hour


Beacon Hill's client is seeking a professional and dependable Part-time Office Assistant to support a dynamic office of 8. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the daily operations of the office. While the paralegal handles many of these tasks, they are not onsite consistently, making this role essential for seamless office function.


This is an exciting part time temp-to-hire opportunity that is onsite in Bloomington, MN.



Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.


• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.


• Order lunch and refreshments for the team as needed.


• Print and organize office documents.


• Handle office documentation and file management.


• Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues (e.g., printer malfunctions).


• Provide overall administrative support to the office.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.


• Ability to work independently and take charge when necessary.


• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.


• Previous office or receptionist experience is a plus.
