This position works within a cohesive engineering team to design and build web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools. Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements. Contributes to the design group's efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's online offerings. Designs the website to support the organization's strategies and goals relative to external communications. Requires understanding of web-based technologies and thorough knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other design-related applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:
Plan, implement, operate, and maintain web servers with considerations for Defense In Depth for ICAN IAW all DoD published regulations and policies to include certificate management, and compliancy.
Develop and maintain enterprise portal architecture supporting organizational objectives
Monitor web pages and applications for security and standards compliance and verify that user developed web pages follow regulations (Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Department of Defense (DoD) web policy)
Manage content updates, including links, reports and content and develop solutions using related technologies
Monitor systems for disk usage, disk performance, and system performance
Provide Web Application incident/event resolution for the Installation Emergency Service Support Center Common Operating Picture (COP) system.
Provide a formal web application change management process to deploy and maintain web sites, portals, web pages, and customized applications to include content management, i.e., update links, news bullets, reports, and charts.
Perform comprehensive application testing and debugging to verify the operability and accuracy of implemented applications within the proponent automation environment
Perform and coding required to correct errors or deficiencies encountered during testing
Design, develop, and maintain static and dynamic web sites or portals using standard programming languages (Design, integrate, implement solutions inside Enterprise Portals such as A365 SharePoint).
Design, develop and customize SharePoint sites, web parts and workflows using Microsoft 365 integration; SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server 2019/2023.
Needs to have extensive experience with knowledge management and be able to customize SharePoint including leaders' dashboards.
Implement robust knowledge management solutions with custom dashboards

Must possess and maintain an IAT-I level certification and A+CE or Network +CE or SSCP or CCNA Security IAW DoD 8570.01-M
Must meet the 8140.03 certification requirements within 12 months (preferably 6 months)
Microsoft Certified Internet Webmaster Designer certification preferred
Must be a US citizen
Must be able to acquire and maintain a Government Security Clearance
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
