Job Description:

Reality Labs Trust Management is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, team player to join our program management team. This is a highly operational and strategic program management role in Reality Labs Trust. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary group of teams to ensure our risk program management arm of RL Trust. You will have program management experience and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Manager, RL Trust Risk Management Responsibilities:

• Manage a team responsible for running risk programs for Reality Labs, including assessments.


• Champion the overall implementation plan related to Reality Labs trust requirements and privacy by design initiatives, demonstrating experience in understanding our obligations, ambitions, and the associated technical and operational work required.


• Cultivate relationships with POCs necessary to drive success, including data engineering, product, software engineering, central privacy, and legal, and collaborate with them to document and communicate key deliverables required and progress against them.


• Develop and operationalize policies and internal controls to ensure continued compliance with regulatory obligations.


• Build and lead operational cadences required across technical and operational teams to coordinate work.


• Project manage and prioritize work based on urgency and complexity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.


• 10+ years of business program management experience.


• Experience running a privacy or security program.


• Experience influencing stakeholders and engineers.


• Process design and process improvement experience.


• Cross-group collaboration experience.


• Experience presenting to and counseling executives.


• Experience managing a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (e.g., J.D.)

$188,000/year to $256,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
