Our Business Delivery team is comprised of consultants with the expertise to assess and solve complex business problems. We partner with clients to drive critical business initiatives, employing effective methodologies to create shared understanding of challenges and business needs, define high impact solutions, facilitate leadership alignment, optimize business processes, and maximize the value and quality of solutions delivered.


We are currently focused on hiring candidates that bring strong Salesforce, Process, and Business Analysis experience.



What You'll Do


  • Evaluate, understand and address complex client needs

  • Create a shared understanding of business problems and opportunities at the center of an initiative

  • Define Salesforce solutions and develop workstream-level plans to achieve business outcomes through technology discovery, design, and implementation

  • Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and collaborate closely with Salesforce delivery teams and business stakeholders

  • Elicit, analyze, and document Salesforce requirements, managing changes to optimize solution delivery within constraints

  • Evaluate current-state processes and technologies to define future-state processes and requirements

  • Engage and communicate effectively with senior client leaders to manage stakeholder expectations

  • Assess and validate Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet requirements and deliver intended business benefits

  • Define and deliver functional quality assurance for Salesforce projects and programs

  • Strive to meet an 80% annual client billable utilization goal


What You'll Bring

  • 2-5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting environment

  • A detail-oriented, logical, and analytical mindset and issue-based problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think strategically and a passion for solving critical business challenges with Salesforce

  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, industry solutions, or custom applications

  • Capability expertise in business analysis, technical analysis, business architecture, process design, quality assurance, data analysis, and solution and/or product ownership

  • Deep business, industry, and technology expertise

  • Expertise in technology/system development methodologies

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to be onsite at the client or Slalom office 2-5 days per week
