Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Secretary to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive litigation support through drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court requirements.


• Prepare and maintain templates for motions, briefs, and court filings.


• File legal documents with state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all procedural rules and strict deadlines.


• Coordinate critical litigation events, including depositions, trials, and other court-related activities.


• Manage attorney calendars, travel arrangements, and all associated logistics to support the litigation process.


• Support billing, time entries, and client intake processes, ensuring thorough and timely record-keeping.


• Maintain confidential client files with the utmost professionalism and integrity.


• Provide backup support to team members and contribute to the overall success of the litigation department.

Qualifications:

• 
  5+ years of litigation secretarial experience (experience in real estate transactional or public law is a plus).


• Expertise in state and federal filing systems and processes.


• Proficiency with iManage, as well as other legal software like 3E.


• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to litigation.


• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
