IT Procurement Administrator
Onsite in Fremont, CA
Pay: $30-$35 an hr
Duration: 6+ months, Contract, W-2
Duties:
* Receive and process IT Recurring invoices, downloading them from the vendor website as needed. Review and submit invoices in the Office Automation (OA) system to make sure the process is completed.
* Manage Procurement for all items needed for IT like Laptops/Accessories/equipment including getting quotes from multiple vendors, setting up vendors in the system, and managing payments.
* Manage IT Assets, document asset moves, and IT asset disposals
* Vendor Management including managing contracts and IT Services renewals
* Document all the processes in these areas mentioned above
* Support IT project management
Skills:
* Associate or bachelor's degree and 3-5 years experience in IT Administrative support roles preferred.
* Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
* Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and project management tools.
* Experience with inventory and asset management software.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple problems simultaneously
* Creative thinking for implementing efficient IT solutions
* Clear verbal and written communication for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
* Team collaboration to support IT and administrative operations
