15+ years of IT experience and at least 8 years of Large Program management experience.
PMP/PMI certification along with Strong Life Science QA Background
Knowledge of Healthcare, Life Science, Clinical research industry, GXP, CSV, CSA, and practices and regulations are a must
Should have been in customer facing roles in managing large engagements for at least 5 years
Should have managed large Pharma/CRO/Med devices customers
Candidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and can manage multiple customer engagements independently.
Possession of ITIL and PMI certifications are essential and not mandatory
Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels
Experience in SDLC Framework & Agile/Scrum framework
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good experience on responding to RFPs and defending the solution to customers
Should be able to transition the services to Offshore and manage the complete delivery in Onsite Offshore model
