Position Description: • Business results • Establish targets by identifying appropriate basis for costs incorporating relevant metrics, benchmark and comparator data, and interdependencies • Identify cost reduction alternatives to achieve targets • Develop and implement common process, standards, scope, requirements and cadence for cost management reporting

o Experience in cost management or area with related competencies o Interpret variance analysis principles and apply to complex situations Strong ability to interface with plant hourly, salaried personnel and plant management
