Responsibilities :
Familiarity with Agile and Lean frameworks
Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
Ability to translate business needs and functional specifications into detailed use cases, epics, and user stories, including acceptance criteria
Skilled in designing systems and system integrations based on project requirements
Hands-on experience with all stages of testing within the software development lifecycle, including writing and executing test plans and cases
Competent in providing resource estimates and quantifying project requirements
Effective collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to drive project success
Required Skills :
Prior experience with FedNow and NexPay
Experience with API
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT roles within business environments
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management implementing new processes within banking
Proven track record of contributing to medium-to-high complexity projects or systems for 8+ year
Ability to build relationships across the enterprise
