This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to take on leadership responsibilities in financial oversight, operational strategy, and high-impact project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple large-scale mechanical projects, ensuring profitability, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, and cost management, to drive project and company success.
  • Develop and execute strategic project plans that align with client objectives and company growth goals.
  • Serve as a key decision-maker, managing risk, optimizing resources, and ensuring project profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to secure repeat business.
  • Implement and refine operational best practices to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and team performance.
  • Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
  • Strong financial acumen with direct experience managing P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining financial and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, estimating, and project management software.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Expertise in healthcare, mission-critical, and educational projects, including design-build and complex installations is strongly desired
  • PE, PMP, or LEED certification.
  • Experience developing long-term business strategies and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with CAD/BIM technology and prefabrication methodologies.
