The Project Manager will drive stakeholder engagement, provide executive reporting, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, workshops, and status updates to maintain project momentum, supporting post-go-live stabilization through process optimization and issue resolution, and collaborating with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday into global operations. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing change management strategies to drive adoption and end-user engagement. The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in large-scale, global implementations, possesses strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, and has the ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
