Job Description:

About the Company - Our client recently went live with Workday Time Tracking and Absence on a global scale. They are now looking for a seasoned Workday Project Manager to drive the next phase of the project. This role requires an experienced project leader with strong stakeholder management, presentation skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced global environment. While Workday experience is required, this role is less module-specific and more focused on project governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.

About the Role - The Workday Project Manager will lead the next phase of Workday Time Tracking and Absence, ensuring successful project execution in a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires managing project plans, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies while serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners. The Project Manager will drive stakeholder engagement, provide executive reporting, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, workshops, and status updates to maintain project momentum, supporting post-go-live stabilization through process optimization and issue resolution, and collaborating with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday into global operations. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing change management strategies to drive adoption and end-user engagement. The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in large-scale, global implementations, possesses strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, and has the ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams. Workday experience is required, though deep expertise in Time Tracking and Absence is not mandatory. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to navigate complex projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver results. Workday certifications are preferred but not required.
