Responsibilities:
  • Oversee mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring strong communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout all project phases.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, resolving challenges proactively.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a high-performance work environment.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects - strong bonus for experience in healthcare, mission-critical, or education sectors.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and maintain quality and efficiency under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and project management software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • PE, PMP, or LEED certification.
  • Experience with design-build and value engineering strategies.
  • Knowledge of CAD/BIM software and prefabrication processes.
