Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing mechanical construction projects by supporting scheduling, budgeting, and coordination efforts.
  • Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track project costs, monitor budget performance, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and material tracking to prevent project delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Support project closeout procedures, including documentation and final inspections.

Must-Have Skills:
  • 1-5 years of experience in project engineering, coordination, or a related construction role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working on healthcare, mission-critical, or educational projects.
  • Familiarity with CAD/BIM technology and prefabrication workflows.
