Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of project management experience in landscape or construction
Strong understanding of project processes and estimating
Skilled in budget management, cost estimation, and resource allocation
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide a high-performing team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
