Job Description:
SECTR Partners are currently supporting a leading Veterinary Group, looking to hire an Operations Process Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full project lifecycle from conception to execution
- Full responsibility for completing projects on time, within budget & scope
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop & lead new projects
- Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to enhance workflow
- Support the implementation of new technologies, working closely with the field team
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven success in process & project management
- Previous experience in Veterinary, Healthcare or Private Equity
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization, process automation and performance metrics
- High level of organization, attention to detail and adaptability
