We are seeking a highly organized and agile project manager to lead and optimize high-impact North America Marketing GTM projects, from always-on campaigns to large-scale programs, driving efficiency and speed-to-market in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. As the central point of contact, we skillfully orchestrate both complex large scale programs while staying on top of key tactics. Your expertise in facilitating ongoing prioritization, maintaining exceptional communication across all organizational levels and developing comprehensive project plans will be crucial for success. We empower teams and resources by fostering accountability, ensuring timely completion without constant oversight. This role will report to the Strategic Delivery Office (Global GTM).
About You:
? Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements that streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall organizational performance.
? Leverage Workfront to efficiently track project progress, optimize resource allocation, and ensure on-time delivery of a high volume of projects.
? Foster seamless collaboration and communication between project team members, ensuring inter-departmental alignment, efficient resource utilization, and consistent project execution.
? Demonstrate exceptional versatility in managing a broad spectrum of projects, seamlessly transitioning between leading complex, long-duration programs and efficiently executing high-volume, time-sensitive tactical initiatives.
? Demonstrate a thorough understanding of team processes to identify communication bottlenecks and implement improvements that enhance efficiency.
? Exhibit resilience and flexibility in navigating frequent changes to processes and priorities, ensuring continued project success in a dynamic environment.
Basic Qualifications:
? 7+ years in marketing with solid project management experience.
? Bachelor's degree required.
? Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Google docs, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
? Proven experience leading highly visible marketing campaigns and programs, working with internal teams as well as virtual/global teams.
? Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills as well as ability to collaborate with a variety of partners.
? Proven track record working in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and able to deliver results on time; graceful under pressure.
? Strong ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and improve processes.
