Our well-established client is seeking a Program Manager! You'll use your project management experience and strong organizational skills to provide crucial office support in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities of the Program Manager
Manage meeting schedules
Screen and assess relative priorities of correspondence, inquiries, and projects
Organize system of tracking tasks
Draft documents and complete special studies
Maintain electronic and hard copy files and manuals
Prepare and distribute meeting notices, agendas, and reports
Research, schedule, and make arrangements for special meetings and conferences
Explore opportunities for improving the work and systems of the office, implement improvements, and seek consultation as needed
Support team with phone coverage and other tasks as required
Qualifications of the Program Manager
Associate degree with 5 years of experience (at least 2 of which are supporting an executive or comparable level position) or the equivalent in education and experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Project management background
PMI or PMP certification is required
Experience in the healthcare industry is helpful
Ability to manage and complete multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Word processing, Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills required
