We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with business analysis and client account management experience to join our Ultracs Corp team based in Irvine, California.

The Opportunity...as you find your feet and start to shine you will:
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to take client projects from requirements gathering and design to delivery.
Key accountabilities will include the following:
Scope, plan, organise, direct, and coordinate a range of projects across core banking, digital, customer experience and Cloud-based solutions
Work with the Consulting Services team to schedule, manage and action tasks through JIRA
Accountable for day-to-day operations of projects, resourcing and prioritisation
Meet project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets
Build trusted client relationships, predominantly via digital meetings
Manage and respond to a broad range of clients business requirements and technical questions
Manage project risks and other governance activities
Conduct business analysis, resolve client business enquiries and process-related issues
Must be willing to learn technical solutions to assist with Support calls and Incidents
What experience will you bring?
Minimum of 4 years demonstrated IT project management experience
Conversant across a range of online technologies
Discovery experience (needs analysis, writing briefs, leading workshops)
Direct client account management/stakeholder experience
Must be open to traveling to client locations if and when required
Ability to act as a gate between the Business & IT
High level of attention to detail including proof-reading experience
An ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated experience with Atlassian tools
Experience in the following will be a significant advantage
Credit Union, banking or financial services sector
Managing implementations in core Banking, Cloud and/or on-premise hardware and content management systems.
