Rodgers has an opportunity for a full-time Assistant Project Manager in Rocky Mount, NC which is out of our Raleigh Regional office.
Requirements / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Responsible for preparing Owner Change Orders
Prepare and present four (4) week look ahead schedule
Participate in building of the budget and setting up project financials
Draft subcontracts, work orders and purchase orders
Oversee coordination drawing process
Participate in subcontractor progress and start-upmeetings
Responsible for leading weekly Team meetings (Staff, OACM, etc.)
General oversight of document control and management processes
Responsible for change management process
Understanding Owner Contract language
Have a basic understanding of Building Code and DHSR for NC and DHEC for SC requirements
Responsible for preparing OwnerPay Applications and reviewing/processing subcontractor pay applications.
Responsible for budget revisions for reviewing and reporting monthly project financials (budget transfers, forecasting, etc.)
Microsoft Office Tools
Project Analysis (Financial), scheduling and documentation platforms
BIM 360 and Understanding of VDC Software
