Key Responsibilities:
Oversee contracts, insurance, bids, and other project records.
Coordinate project start, ensuring compliance to bonding/insurance requirements.
Compile and distribute bid packages, monitor contractor documentation, and verify subcontractor insurance.
Facilitate project meetings, maintain records, and assist with project finalization.
Provide administrative assistance to executives and team as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document handling tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and proofreading abilities.
Capable of multitasking and working independently in a fast paced environment.
