Skills
7-10 years of proven experience in Marketing technology and specifically in Adobe AEM and AEP
Technical Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams, making informed architecture and engineering decisions.
Project Management: Strong experience managing agile development processes, timelines, and sprint cycles.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly presenting technical information to diverse stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with your specific tech stack, infrastructure, and development methodologies (e.g., Adobe technologies, Cloud services, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps principles).
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Demonstrated experience addressing technical challenges proactively and strategically, with a focus on timely resolution and delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Comfortable representing engineering teams in cross-functional discussions, aligning technical deliverables to business objectives.
Metrics & Reporting: Competent in tracking engineering productivity metrics and generating accurate progress reports.
