Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Project Plans: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive project plans to drive the adoption of new changes within the Marketing department based on organizational design initiatives.
  • Establish Transformation Roadmap: Define a detailed, time-bound roadmap to support the transformational effort, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate and Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Facilitate clear, consistent, and timely communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and align efforts across teams.
  • Organizational Change Management: Collaborate on designing and embedding organizational change management strategies that support the adoption of new workflows and structures.
  • Status Reporting and Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain transparency by efficiently communicating project progress to sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Extensive Project Management Experience: At least 8 years of hands-on program and project management expertise, particularly in driving large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.
  • Marketing and Sales Alignment: A strong background in partnering with marketing and/or sales teams, with a proven ability to integrate decentralized teams into a cohesive, centralized service model.
  • Agile and Waterfall Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Agile Principles and Waterfall methodologies, with successful track records in applying both to manage complex projects.
  • Collaborative and Results-Driven Leadership: High energy and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong Communication and Change Navigation Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across diverse teams, coupled with experience in navigating organizational change and ensuring adoption through clear communication strategies.
  • Problem Solving and Risk Management: Skilled in identifying risks, troubleshooting challenges, and driving solutions to facilitate seamless project execution.
