Global Agora is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to join our team and provide essential support to the Managing Partner of the company. This role is integral to facilitating the day-to-day operations of the President's office and assisting in the execution of company-wide projects and new initiatives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while contributing to the growth and success of our diverse portfolio of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Partner, managing communications, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient time management.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and market opportunities.
Assist in drafting and editing correspondence, documents, and presentations.
2. Project Management:
Collaborate with various departments and teams to coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare regular project status reports for senior leadership.
3. New Initiatives & Business Operations:
Assist in the evaluation and execution of new business initiatives and strategic projects.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans.
Oversee and coordinate operational tasks, including vendor management, logistics, and scheduling.
4. Administrative & Logistical Support:
Manage the President's calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Handle incoming inquiries and requests, prioritizing and resolving them effectively.
Ensure the President is well-prepared for meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate and schedule deliveries across various companies, including Tequila 512, OTTO Quotes, and other ventures.
Assist with occasional manual labor/lifting related to company operations.
Travel may be required for company projects, deliveries, and events.
Must have an active driver's license.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Drive).
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to lift and move items as needed for operational tasks.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
