itD is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our emerging Retail Practice group. This is an exciting role and the individual selected will help our leading retail client reach their strategic initiatives.
This role is a hybrid schedule and is required to work onsite in San Francisco, CA 1-2 days per week.
Salary Range: $120 - 140k annually.
The ideal candidate will interact closely with our Retail Practice Directors as well as senior leaders in our retail clients organization.
As a Project Manager, you will drive complex technical projects within the Digital Portfolio that directly support key initiatives to help with growth. You will help manage, implement, and ensure successful delivery of Digital projects. You will help in delivering and executing various initiatives to position IT to deliver exceptional results to our business partners. In addition, you will.
Create and maintain project plans including milestone schedules, scope, resource plans, budgets and cross-functional dependencies; and track ongoing project status. Demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills with partnership across Engineering, QE, Product Management
Exhibit the ability to drive the project forward- simplifying the complexity
Possess a successful track record leading multiple projects from inception to execution.
Manage risks, cross dependencies and project budgets
Capture, publish and follow-up on meeting notes, action items and other inter-team communications
Work with both IT and Business program owners to identify accurate resource estimates
Utilize project data to make future projects more productive and cost-efficient
Required qualifications and skills • 5+ years of Project Management experience, focusing on execution of Digital projects. (This could include eCommerce, OMNI, Order management and Account Security) • Experience with Atlassian tools - JIRA for project execution and Confluence for reporting • A proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams - business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release and engineering teams to build and enhance Knowledge context. • Metric driven team management experience using Agile methodologies • Extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Significant experience managing project budgets • PMP/CSM is a plus
