The Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (Wholesale) is a driven, self-motivated individual responsible for developing and leading the AFH Properties' Acquisitions team. This role involves acquiring flip and buy & hold properties, selling select properties off-market, communicating with motivated sellers, and consistently securing profitable acquisition properties. The primary goal of this position is to enhance the profitable growth of AFH through the sourcing of properties that meet our criteria.Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor the AFH Properties' Acquisitions team- Identify and pursue potential flip and buy & hold properties- Create and manage lead list for targeted and mass marketing- Negotiate and secure profitable acquisition properties- Build and maintain relationships with motivated sellers- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions- Stay up-to-date on market trends and property values- Meet and exceed acquisition targets set by the companyRequirements:- Proven experience in residential real estate acquisitions, specifically in wholesaling- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Knowledge of local East Tennessee real estate markets and trends- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs- No real estate license required- Excellent organizational and systems-oriented skills- Excellent sales skills- Phenomenal attention to detailAFH Properties is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability.
