Key Responsibilities:Proactively contact record custodians (medical facilities, employers, etc.) to request and expedite record retrieval.Scan and organize incoming records with a high degree of accuracy.Maintain accurate records of all requests and communications within our internal systems.Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their record requests.Ensure all record retrieval processes comply with relevant legal and privacy standards.Assist in maintaining and updating client and facility databases.Handle and resolve inquiries related to record retrieval.Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.What Were Looking For:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
