Join the team at Renaissance Construction as an Estimating Manager - Tenant Improvement/Self-Perform, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial projects. We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to manage cost estimates, budgets, and bid processes for projects ranging from $50K to $10M.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for tenant improvement and self-perform projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Oversee bid deadlines, proposals, and RFP submissions.
Manage requests for bids, relationships, and bid deadlines to ensure proper coverage and accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with leadership to improve estimating processes and project execution.
Assist in project scheduling, logistics planning, and financial reviews.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
5-7+ years of experience in construction estimating and project management, preferably in tenant improvements.
Strong understanding and experience with trade labor cost estimation and generating bid proposals.
Experience managing and estimating tenant improvement projects between $50K-$5M.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in construction estimating and project management software and MS Office software such as MS Project, On-Screen Takeoff, and Autodesk a plus.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Arizona.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Willing to travel to job sites predominantly within the Phoenix Metropolitan area with some travel across the State of Arizona.
