Job Description:

AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS FROM INITIAL INQUIRY THROUGH FINAL DELIVERY. THIS POSITION COMBINES CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS, ENSURING THAT CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS ARE MET OR EXCEEDED AND THAT PROJECTS ARE DELIVERED ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET.

Role and Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of customer projects, including initial estimating, coordination of production, and final delivery.
• Ensure that projects are executed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including sales, production, and marketing, to meet revenue and operational goals.

General and Administrative:
• Communicate effectively with both customers and internal team members, acting as an advocate for the customer.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety requirements and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company systems and procedures.

Customer Service/Project Management:
• Assist customers with estimates, orders, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Organize work and timelines to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Manage communication with customers, including regular status updates and problem resolution.
• Review and approve estimates, work orders, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy.
• Proactively manage project timelines, identifying and resolving potential conflicts.

Sales and Marketing Support:
• Assist account executives by providing support through customer education, community presentations, and problem-solving.
• Ensure that customers receive an excellent experience, from initial contact to final delivery.
• Responsible for onboarding new clients.
• Facilitate Client Meetings.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience will be considered.
• Experience in sales, customer service, project management, and/or the printing, mailing, or graphic arts industries.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Working Conditions
• Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time - up to 8 hours or more per day.
• Appearance at all times must represent the company image.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.
• Work area may have fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
• Quiet to Moderate noise level.
• Exposure to ink and chemical fumes, and airborne particles such as paper dust and drying powder.
• Fast-paced environment: subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
