Facilitate the operations of an Agile framework with 3-4 teams while embracing the principles of the framework and the Agile mindset.
Coordinate project activities, manage communication and be the champion to remove impediments.
The main function of the non-IT project manager is to plan, direct or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Typical task breakdown:
Support both Waterfall & Agile project management methodology projects
Planning, scheduling, and facilitating Agile events. Fostering an environment of self-organization, high visibility, ownership, and continuous improvement with the team.
Working with the product owner/service request manager and stakeholders to ensure value is always being generated by the team's work.
Becoming a champion of removing blockers and impediments to the team's progress & helping the team to capture and aggregate data useful to the team's development, as well as providing management information that will inform strategic decisions.
Interaction with team:
Regular project update meetings, Facilitate daily standup's, Sprint planning, Retrospectives, and regular communication on project status. MS Teams, Email
Work environment:
Full-time on site- 5 days in office
Onsite - office environment either co-located with the client's project team or the PMO team.
Education & Experience Required:
Four-year college or university degree in Business administration or a related field
Scrum Master Certification or PMP certification preferred.
2- 4 years experienced required

Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
