Basic Job Functions:


Vulcraft Indiana is looking for a Division Support Administrator to join their team. This is a developmental role. The Division Support Administrator is responsible for assisting the department in administrative duties. These duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and process customer invoices
• Assist with month-end closing documents, processing finance reports and payroll backup
• Accounts Payable support
• Willing to cross-train in other positions and assist other departments as needed
• Perform general office administration duties

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalate
• Two years' experience in finance and/or accounting
• Per Personnel Policy #21, must not be related to any employee of Vulcraft Indiana.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree in business or accounting
