Join our dynamic team as a Process & System Mapping Analyst! This short-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the mapping of custom scheduling flows across various applications and systems, providing essential support to our product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive mapping of in-house built scheduling flows across multiple applications and systems.
- Document each step of these flows, capturing critical details such as APIs, business logic, and dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate and actionable documentation.
- Provide essential bandwidth to the team to accelerate the architecture phase of future scheduling initiatives.
- Expertise in process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and business logic.
- Ability to distill technical complexities into clear, actionable documentation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with scheduling systems in healthcare or enterprise environments.
