Job Title: Machine Learning Operations Data Engineer IV


Location: Johnston, RI (Fully Onsite)


Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead refactoring of R codebase to Python


• Design and implement scalable MLOps solutions


• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models


• Configure and manage MLflow on Databricks


• Implement monitoring systems and alerts for ML models


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth ML model integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field


• 3+ years in MLOps, data engineering, or software development


• Strong proficiency in Python and R


• Extensive experience with Databricks and MLflow


• Experience with Azure (must-have), AWS, or GCP


• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DVC, Pachyderm

Technical Skills:

• Python, R, Spark SQL, PySpark


• Pandas, scikit-learn, tidyverse, glm, caret


• MLflow, Databricks, Delta Lake


• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes


• Monitoring and alerting systems

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Excellent communication abilities


• Effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment


• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)


• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)


• Familiarity with data versioning tools (DVC, Pachyderm)


• Experience with automated testing frameworks for ML models


• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices
