Job Description:

Location: Dallas, TX

Description: Our client is currently seeking an ITSM Engineer/Observability Engineer.
Must have implementation experience.


Hybrid in Dallas, TX


Rate is $65-80hr


This is a right to hire position.


Strong technical resource who knows PagerDuty


Must be technical and know the platform functionality.



Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain observability systems (PagerDuty) that monitor, analyze, and report on the health and performance of software applications and infrastructure.
• Manage and configure PagerDuty for effective incident response and on-call management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Integrate observability tools (PagerDuty) with IT infrastructure components such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana and ServiceNow.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on observability best practices.

Proficient in both written (Office applications) and verbal communication, adept at conveying complex information clearly and concisely
