Senior Project Manager, Investment Analytics Technology Team


Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team to support the continued development of our analytics platforms. What makes this role interesting?

• The Investment Analytics Technology team is currently making a significant investment in building out credit analytics platforms. This project is still in its early stages, and the candidate will be given significant opportunities to make contributions at the ground level.


• The candidate will have an opportunity to work alongside an established team of developers, quantitative analysts, and portfolio managers to create analytics platforms encompassing quantitative modeling, risk analytics, data consolidation, and quality control.


• The candidate will work closely with professional investment staff and get an opportunity to broaden their financial knowledge across asset classes, markets, and instruments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager.


• Ideally experience within a PMO


• Experience working in the finance industry. (Must have 5 recent years of Asset Managment experience)


• Experience managing technology projects involving building fixed income analytics for asset types such as corporate bonds, Treasuries, Derivatives, Sovereigns, Bank Loans, MBS, ABS, and CLO.


• Experience with end-to-end software development projects.


• Develop detailed project plans and assignments, track and control the project milestones, activities, and resources.


• Experience with market data vendors - Bloomberg, ICE/BAML, Markit, ICE/BAML, FINRA.


• Complete project documentation as per PMO best practices and methodology.


• Excellent written and verbal communication.


• Strong knowledge of analytics, detail-oriented, innovative problem resolution.


• Experience with JIRA or other workflow tools.


• Prior experience or knowledge of Scrum/Agile ceremonies and methodologies.


• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related work experience.

Plus:

• Scrum/Agile certification.


• Project Management certification. (PMP)
