Job Title: HRP Financial Analyst


Role Overview: We are seeking an HRP Financial Analyst with experience in HealthRules Payer (HRP) and strong Excel skills for reviewing and reconciling reports. This role prioritizes HRP experience combined with proficiency in Excel over traditional finance experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile financial reports using advanced Excel functions.


• Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, particularly around General Ledger integration.


• Collaborate with finance operations and healthcare industry teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.


• Utilize HRP system knowledge to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong Excel skillset for review and reconciliation of reports.


• Experience with UAT test case creation and testing, especially around General Ledger integration.


• HealthRules Payer (HRP) experience is strongly preferred.


• Background in finance operations and/or healthcare industry experience.
