Compensation Details:

  Contract-to-Hire Target Salary Range: $27-$29 per hour
  
  

Position Details:

• 
  Certification Requirement: Licensed Practical Nurse in the State that you live
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients scheduled for home visits and telehealth appointments
  
  


• Initiate chart preparation to assist providers with upcoming appointments
  
  


• Enter patient data into electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  
  


• Conduct phone-based assessments with patients
  
  

Required Software Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  
  


• Experience with eCW (preferred)
  
  

Working Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
  
  

Interview Process:

• Conducted via video using Microsoft Teams
  
  

Additional Details:

• Position is onshore and contract-to-hire
