State Street Alpha End to End Product Solutions Implementation team is seeking a versatile individual with strong client relationship, data analysis, and leadership skills to help clients navigate the account configuration data aspects of the converting onto the Alpha Platform. The successful candidate must possess skill in complex business and data analysis with expertise in data mapping, requirements gathering and documentation; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a proven ability to gather and interpret client data and data requirements is a must. These skills will enable the candidate to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams specializing in Front Office, Middle Office & IBOR. Strong collaboration skills are a must.

What you will be responsible for
As a Alpha Account Services Implementation Data Lead, Vice President you will
Provide detailed data analysis and advice to clients (internal and external) on current and future state Alpha F2B data models
Liaise with stakeholders in order to establish and document implementation requirements specific to in scope services, develop "use cases" to document requirements
Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the STT F2B product offering to perform subject matter expert activities, consultancy, implementation configuration and demonstrations specializing in Account Configuration and Maintenance
Perform ongoing data & business requirements analysis to align project expectations
Analyze and document any derivation, data attribute and data enrichment required for the solution
Support testing activities and immediate post-production transition with the support of test plan development and test scripts
Lead individual client implementation data workshops specializing in Front and Middle Office Account Configuration and Maintenance data
Identify and drive forward on-going enhancements to data collection, enrichment and analysis processes as needed
Play a lead client facing role in requirement gathering, data analysis, definition and controlling of technical standards and methodologies
Play leading role in contributing input on data design and new client requirements
Independently compile, analyze and interpret information related to complex data driven business processes
Ensure clear, complete and accurate documentation of data requirements and functional features
Serve as a liaison between Alpha's clients, business users and various IT development and testing teams
Document project data requirements using clear, concise language, consistent with the appropriate methodologies
Collaborate with other team members to share best practices, raise issues, develop consistent global processes
Create common and shared standards across peer group by implementing best practices.
Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role.
Run meetings/workshops to explain and walk through data requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience with data analysis to meet critical business needs, must display an ability to drive tasks through to completion.
Proven related financial services experience. Good understanding of State Street businesses.
Demonstrated record of leading others to achieve goals.
Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to interact and influence peers, managers and senior leaders.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
Project leadership and project management skills considered a plus.
Results oriented ownership mentality.
Self-motivated, self-assured, and self-managed. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related
field of study
Ability to articulate basic project methodology concepts using either SDLC or Agile
Ability to write SQL code for strong data analysis through queries, data profiling, and data validation exercises
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field of study or equivalent, MBA a plus.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $190,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
